17b Cannot add audio or video transform > 1sec.

Since I upgraded to 17b I cannot create a video or audio transition longer than 1 sec.

Also, I cannot hear audio playback in jog mode.

Both dragging the end of a transition or changing it's Duration in the Inspector are working fine for me in Studio 17b6 for Windows.

Shortcut Shift+S will turn on audio scrubbing, or alternatively it is in the Timeline drop-down menu.
If you drag your transitions onto an edit and what used to work now doesn't, check the settings in Preferences.
