BUG: H.265 Issues

I encounter that trying to playback, edit or render a H.265 file, it will create artifacts on the playback and also just for test I render one of the files and will render with them. I tested this files on Premiere with no issues and also play them in VLC and MLC with no issues either. This files are recorded on a Sony a7Siii at 4.2.2 10 Bit.

Hi, I have the same problem. i have davinci studio 17 beta but i can't find h265 in rendering page. i can open 4k 10 bit files in davinci, i can view the clips and work with them but i cannot render to h265 because the option does not appear can someone help me understand why?
my hardware is:
operating system: windows 10 with NVENC codec already installed
video: nvidia gtx 950m (4GB RAM)
ram: 16 gb
processor: intel core I7
