DR Speed Editor Operator Manual

I am looking for the Operators Manual for Davinci Resolve Speed Editor.
Can someone let me know where to find it? I want to download it.

The speed Editor comes with a pamphlet Headed "Download Instruction Manual" with a QR link to

This has a long pull done list but nowhere is the Speed Editor shown, clicking on any of the "Resolve" section options seems to only offer the pdf of Resolve 16.

Since I wish to finish a project on 16 but was hoping to learn the editor before upgrading that is not a lot of use.
