Hi Hendrik, yes but i think there are also somenthing during the shooting.He captures the shadows and creases of the eyelids and with roto or keying is very hard.
I used multiple power windows and tracking but the result is so far.

You don’t include the eyelids in your masks, so you remove all detail. To me it looks like a high contrast grade to start with, then remove parts you don’t want to be seen with masks and leave only areas you want to build up the final look. Your result looks rather like lowered brights, everything around eyes is dark gray while in ref skin is lifted basically to white while keeping contrast of creases and shadows.

The original look was from an Halloween make up clip so the eyes are really dark.

I'd assume a Mocha job or Silhouette.

Colored makeup and chroma key?

Looks like a combination of many techniques.
Make up, lighting, keying & masking. Notice that the teeth are not completely white.
I suspect that the background colour was chosen to complement skin tones which helps blend the soft edges into the background. Looks like careful lighting to avoid harsh shadows too.
