Dialogs disappear on W10

Using two 4K GUI monitors I have set W10 to scale apps and text on main displays to 150%. By doing so, dialogs disappear almost completely. Only element still standing is the current textbox selected in that dialog.

In example when adding or modifying a marker, the dialog disappears right away, leaving a floating text box for its name or timecode. Another: when in Edit page right click on a clip to adjust its speed the dialog disappears after moving my mouse, leaving the 100% value box on screen.

In v16 solution appeared to be by disabling W10 to scale. However that does not seem to work here on v17.

[edit: v16 solution didn't work on v17]

Display Scaling should always be set to 100%.

If things are too small, then you need physically larger monitors.

That's a quick argument to make. I think 27 inches are big enough on a desk setup. Find it odd that Resolve isn't made to work w/ display scaling. When applying 100% sizing all text looks incredibly tiny. Bypassed it by lowering the resolution to 2560x1440, which then makes the text look blurry
