There's not much to say about those logs other than you're running out of memory when compiling OpenCL shaders (i.e. graphics memory).
The problem with integrated graphics is that it has no dedicated memory to itself, but rather shares system memory - so if Resolve uses it all, there's nothing left for the integrated graphics to use (and vice versa). If you can get into Resolve's preferences, System > Memory and GPU, you could try turning down the Limit Resolve/Fusion Memory options significantly, so that Resolve (hopefully) will not use all your system memory. I have my doubts that it'll be enough, but it's worth a try.
