Bug in Audio, says stereo but outputs to mono

PostSat Dec 26, 2020 9:46 pm

So I found a bug in Audio, says stereo but outputs to mono
Select H.265 in the master render settings it says audio will be in stereo but it outputs only mono.

Not reproducing this behaviour on macOS.

Any change with “Render one Track per channel” enabled?

As it was important, did you not check it before releasing it?

I checked everything else, there was a lot to check, all the transitions as they haven't been working right, the quality as that has been messing up, etc, etc, I NEVER would have thought to check if it rendered the audio in Stereo! I should not have to check that if I have stereo selected!

I am going back to Adobe Premiere again for now, maybe release 18 will have things added and figured out. Plus I still would love to see FFMPEG H.265 with the estimate file size. They spend a lot of time on everything else DR can do but the MOST IMPORTANT PART IS the render quality and DR is not so good at that! Plus support for AISO!

It Just to many issues that I don't want to have to deal with. The projects them self have enough going on, I should not have to worry about everything else once I click render. :(
