Question about DaVinci scripting

I was interested in DaVinci by its scripting features and planned to used it for making videos using scripts. But after reading the documentation I didn't find any function which might create, for example, new text. Searching similar questions leaded me to Fusion question which don't look related to DaVinci API at all.
Is it possible to use DaVinci in this way, at least to make text clip?
