Project page blank after opening project

Minimize an open editing session of Resolve.

There is a large white box left open where the project manager was.

I can't duplicate this in Studio 17b6 for Windows.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Never seen that with any version of Resolve. Do you have any other applications running when you open Resolve?
Resolve Studio 19.1.3 build 7
