Problems adding Audio in Davinci Resolve v16

Hello everyone.

I am using Davini Resolve since a few days and it is my first time working with video editing tools.

I am beginning to understand how everything works especially with all those tutorials on the web, but now i have the problem that i am able to add some sounds (which I got from a music producer himself). All songs are .mp3 format but i am able to add some to DAvinci Resolve but i am unable to add others.

I already tried to search for the answer online but most had the problem solved after they added the folder where the music is into the "Media Storage" under "Preferences". This didn't solve my problem and after trying around and finding nothing on the internet i hope that some of the knowledgable people here are able to solve my problem.

If you need further data please tell me what as i am not really sure what you could need.

I recommend using only .wav files for post production.

I never had this problem with mp3 files.

Can you give a direct link for some affected media?

It's not possible to download from soundcloud.

I recommend using only .wav files for post production.

Yeah i am operating on Windows.

As my version had some problems i reinstalled Davinci Resolve and now i can add all those mp3 files i was not able to add beforehand.
