Directory does not allow write access
Posted: Mon Dec 28, 2020 10:24 pmI backed up my database at work and attempted to restore it on my home computer and received the following error message. My user has all administrative privileges, I made sure the .diskdb file had read only unchecked, and added Resolve to the list of allowed apps through controlled folder access (Windows 10).
The same process worked completely fine for me several months ago, I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the update to 17 or if I just screwed up something in the transfer.
Also apologies because I realize questions like this have been asked before but it seems like most people having issues with write permissions are dealing with cache files, and I've pretty much tried everything suggested so any insight would be greatly appreciated!
