Fairlight hardware - meters stick when playback stops

One thing I've noticed on v17b6 (possibly earlier, not sure), is that the meters stay at their last playback level when the transport is stopped, rather than falling back to 0.

This happens on the Fairlight Audio Editor, LCD panel (connected via ethernet) and the Fader Control panel.

Not a huge deal, but looks a bit strange.

Noted that Stop behaves like Jog in beta 6 with respect to metering.

Interesting that the meters in the DVR GUI do fall back to 0 when playback is stopped.
