BUG: 4.6k CDNG material issue in Timeline page

The bottom half of the frame is slightly lighter in the two quarters than the rest of the image. Best seen with green screen plates. Shots were done with the original Ursa Mini Pro at 3 to 1 compression. Timeline is 4096x1716. This bug shows in the Edit page but not in the Color page.

Also, the Color Management settings?

I discovered that turning off the "VFX" text layer in the bottom right corner of the frame solves the issue.

As I've seen a constant bug with alpha transparency on PNGs why wouldn't it also affect text layers?

This bug has subsisted through 6 betas.
