Tooltip errors with Markers if timeline not scrolled

PostWed Dec 30, 2020 7:18 pm

I have multiple markers on the timeline (not on the clip directly). I hover over the marker and read the tooltip text. I use shift-uparrow and shift-downarrow to move between them. If the timeline jumps so that the new marker is in the same screen location as the old marker was being displayed (which is often the case when I have multiple markers on a long clip or I'm zoomed in), then the tooltip stays with the old tooltip text, even though the text displayed for the marker up in the viewer is properly updated. I can move the cursor off the tooltip and move it back, and it is still wrong; I can jump across several markers and the text is still wrong. If I scroll the timeline even slightly, and re-hover, then the tooltip updates properly.
