Color warper pop out window not maintaining adj position

Curves pop out window maintains its adjusted position. Sometime the color warper does and sometimes it doesn't. Is it possible to have color warper maintain its adjusted pop out position?

Colour Warper maintains its position on my Mac version. May be a Windows only issue.

When you move it around? Close it out, reopen, or restart project?

Color warped sometimes stays in the same place, but sometimes doesn’t for me, on Mojave.

Curves pop out always stays in new position.

Adjusted position is maintained on my Mac under all of your suggested options, even a complete Mac shutdown.

I wiped my trashcan and did a brand new install of Mojave to test 17. I'll try to figure out what could be causing it. How about copy and paste tracking. Is that working as well for you?
