Black Band

PostFri Jan 01, 2021 1:19 am

Thereʼs a black band all the way around the finished project (see image). I have no idea how it got there. Itʼs not in the source video. Itʼs easy enough to crop it afterwards with another app, but to me it seems like I shouldnʼt have to. Is there a way to fix this? Did I do something wrong (setting/whatever)?

Most likely explanation is Operator Error.

Have you completed any of the training books for Resolve yet?

My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Thanks Jim! Thatʼs just the information I needed. The reference manual that comes with the app assumes a little more experience. It IS more of a reference :)
