8bitXAVC S (sony405camcord) audio only studio 17beta06

My GH5 10bit-5K files now work but the sony XAVC S HD files that worked in 16 free version show MEDIA OFFLINE and only audio plays. Studio 17 Dongle Windows Home 10 on Asus p90.... quadro p4000 video card 32 GB ram. I am Noob am I missing something obvious?

PROBLEM SOLVED ...Yes I was missing The fact that my video card drivers were 2 years old. Updated and
all is well.

Thanks for reply Jim. Upgrading video driver solved the problem.
I'm new here so some of my posts show up a few days later, some...not yet
