Metadata CSV export columns and column order

I did a search and this has come up, but I could not find a fix or a method to do this right.

I set up columns the way I need to, In DVR.
I do
File > Export Metadata from > Media Pool
I get a CSV.
But the columns and their order is not the same as I'm seeing in Resolve.

Then, I select a few clips and do
I do a File > Export Metadata from > Selected Media pool clips
I get a CSV.
But the columns and their order is not the same as I'm seeing in Resolve.

Tried this In DVR 16.2.8 and DVR Studio 16.2.7 same results.

No matter how I arrange columns in Resolve, the order of the exported CSV remains the same.
I can even live with some useful default order, but the current default order is weird and useless.
