Howto disable navigate timeline without affecting selection?

PostSun Jan 03, 2021 11:07 am

In the release notes it says: "Support to navigate the timeline with arrow keys without affecting selection."

How do I toggle this behaviour to enable/disable it?

You don't. (And why would you want to?!)
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Easy: source material is choppy (as in 100 frames content, 10 frames black, 100 frames content, 10 black etc). With the selection thing it's much faster to delete the clips I don't need.

Ahhh, I see. You've misunderstood the change.

Those shortcuts are now properly separated. Navigation and Clip Selection are different shortcuts.

To change Clip Selection, use CTRL+Arrows.
