Multicam Not working correctly in Beta 6
Hello and Happy new year!
So after spending the week between Christmas and New Year sourcing parts to build and new machine (My asrock fatal1ty x99x killer bit the dust unexpectedly). I finally got around to working with the speed editor and Resolve 17 Beta 6. My main reason for moving to Resolve (from Edius since 2000) was because the ATEM Mini Pro ISO outputs a multicam .drp ....
Today I wanted to test creating a multicam project from scratch using footage of an already delivered job. I loaded the 2 camera clips into the media tab and created a multicam clip (right click selected) that appeared to work properly as it created a single muticam clip icon and a folder for the original files.
When I jumped to the edit tab and created a timeline using the multicam clip, it now brings down the 2 video clips stacked in-sync, but the Multiview window shows nothing and you cannot switch back and forth selecting (pre-cutting) which view you want as your program out...
This software touts amazing features, but these basic editing workflows need to work and be rock solid to be of any professional use....HELP!
