DV-AVI Saturated reds tearing horizontally

Hello,
This is my first post so forgive me if I make mistakes. I have a lot of DV-AVI footage which was shot with a Panasonic NV-DX110 camcorder in PAL. I use Pinnacle or VirtualDub to transfer the files 1:1 directly to my computer. I am pleased with the new DaVinci Neural Engine for Deinterlacing but there is a serious issue with saturated reds tearing horizontally. I am using DaVinci Studio 17.0B Build 18. Windows 10 Pro, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz and RTX2060 Graphics card. I can clean it up reasonably well using Temporal and Spatial NR but still not as good as playing the AVI file directly with (Windows Film & TV app) default player. I export at 50FPS and the field order is correct. Has anyone else come across this problem or am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for your prompt reply. This clip (file) was transferred using Pinnacle 21 Ultimate by Firewire (Video 1394). I chose this clip for movement, range of colours and texture. At 01:00:05:06 the girls pink hood or at 01:00:35:21 the peak on the boy's red cap. There is also a girls hair at 01:00:41:08 where you can see the texture of her hair is coming through very well. I tried uploading the file as an attachment but it appeared too big as I cannot compress it. I have put a link below to my OneDrive where you should be able to download by clicking it.
