Acon Restoration plugins not working well

Is anyone using Acon DeClick successfully in 17? The interface seems okay but the effects don't do much of anything since upgrading from 16.2. Listening to "noise only" there was lots of activity but it is mostly silent now.
I tried removing and reapplying them to individual clips without luck.

No issues with Acon plugins on macOS with Extract Dialogue (1.0.4) and Restoration Suite (2.0.9) plugins.
Is the issue specifically Acon DeClick and Clip-based instances or are there other third party plugins not behaving?

Okay scratch this. It was my doing. Didn't realize I added the effect to the whole timeline and to some clips. So the conflict caused my problem. Thanks so much for answering. I appreciate it!
