Thin black frame around white images - Is it a bug -

Hello,

When I insert a still picture (jpg, png) there is a thin black frame around the image that was not there in 16 and that is not in the picture of course. Is this a bug? Any way to avoid it?

In DaVinci Resolve 17 (downloaded today):

Try updating to Beta 7. Report back.

I'm on 17.1B Build 11 (which I think is latest?), running on an M1 Air, and this bug is causing me a lot of problems with a project. I can only remove the lines by slightly cropping into every element. Is there any fix for it?

ok, I think I have a workaround, after some experimentation: Project Settings -> Image Scaling -> then change Resize filter to either Bicubic or Bilinear and the problem goes away. If you leave it on Smoother or Sharper, the bug is visible. Hope that helps.

It is not. When the Beta 7 drops for M1, update to that.
