Mirroring Video - 17

Hello

I'm using Da Vinci 17.

I shot a video with the front and back of my camera. The front video is reversed left-to-right.

How do I mirror parts of the video from left-to-right?

The youtube videos I watched also say to click the transform button as well but I don't see it in my version maybe because it is 17.

Is it possible to get a more specific reply for version 17. Thank you. (I'm brand new to video editing)
