Accidentally deleted local database

PostTue Jan 05, 2021 10:07 pm

I just installed DaVinci Resolve 17 Beta, I have the studio version. While trying to install the new version I accidentally deleted the local data base on my MacBook and cannot find it anywhere. I don't know how to get back the local database at all to connect into my files. I can't get into the editing software at all now. I'm in over my head. Please help.

You didn't back up the Database before upgrading?
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

Were you previously using the Apple App Store version of Resolve?

Is Resolve 16 the first version that was on your system, or did you have 15 or earlier installed at any point?
