How can I make the city label change color as the animated line crosses a city on the map in this Josh Hanes Fusion Travel Map Animation video on YouTube (see 4:12 in the video)? In other words, make the label Indianapolis change from black to white as the red line crosses the dot on the map?

Frustrating that this forum will not allow me to post a working link to a YouTube video...
