Vectorblur buggy with default settings

PostWed Jan 06, 2021 7:42 pm

Hello,
I tried using opticalflow and vectorblur to add motionblur to a footage, and I noticed a line artifact at the bottom of the image.

After asking around it seems it's being caused by the gpu. There's also a forum thread about this problem here: https://www.steakunderwater.com/wesuckl ... =19&t=3585

By default the vectorblur is using "Auto" for it's GPU setting. When disabling it the artifact disappears, but it's slower.
I tried rendering while the sequence was being cached and it resolved to a crash, I made a bugreport about it too.
