Problem with Keyframes and Speed

i have a really stupid problem and it makes me so angry, i tryed to fix it since two hours. I hope you can help me.
I try to change to clip speed and in one clip it worked absoulty fine, but in another one not, i have no idea why? It try to to exactly the same with the other clip but it nothing work, i just want to inscrease the clip speed in a similar way like to other one ( with a curve and keyframes) but there is no ,,button``to do it. I hope you can help me. Pls look ad the picture i the attachment, then you will understand my problem i hope.
