UI Scale problem on 2 screens setup

So i was on a setup with 2 screens. I have changed one of them for a 28 inch. And when i tried resolve for the first time on 2 screens, the secondary screen has this huge user interface scale (see screen shot).
I quickly checked in the resolve parameters but i don't think there is anything to solve that. Maybe there is another extern way to solve that ?
