2 Bugs? unexpected changes after use of project settings

If I return to project settings sometime after the initial setup, to change something, such as the location of proxy files or to change the frame interpolation settings, when I save the changes and return to the edit page, the Main 1 bus has been changed into Bus 1 and none of the audio tracks are connected to any output bus any more.

If I reboot Resolve the audio usually goes back to showing the Main1 bus and sending all the tracks its way.

If I am working on the delivery page and go to the project settings to change the frame interpolation settings for a render, the same things happen but in addition, any file name I have put in for the render is changed to Untitled.

This has been happening throughout the 17 Beta process.

Also, recently -- I don't know whether throughout the Beta process -- when I start a render on the Deliver Page the In point is changed the moment I hit the render button, to the very beginning of the timeline no matter where I previously set it, and the render begins there. If I stop the render, edit the file to fix the in and out points, then try to render again, it works properly.

On the audio issue, there were fundamental changes under the hood which might explain this. Have you tested a totally new project created in 17?

On the Deliver page issue, changing preferences will (frustratingly) reset your Deliver settings. (Been doing that forever.)

On the In/Out issue:

Thanks for this.

Yes, all of the several short projects I've been working on in 17 were started in 17, along with a new database.

Cheers,

Mike
