Unable to Archive Media

PostSat Jan 09, 2021 9:22 am

Attempting to create a Project Archive, I receive the message "Unable to Archive Media." Specifying the location of the exact clip (through the dialogue box) does not resolve the problem. "Skipping" the clip leads to the same message for every subsequent clip in the project.

The files are on a Wi-Fi connected NAS (I know, not ideal), so maybe it's an authentication/permissions problem? But that wouldn't explain how I have access to all said clips from within the project, unless the Project Archive function uses some other means of accessing storage locations than does DR.

Do your media have proper timecode?
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.

Work from an Internal drive. Try again.
