DR 16 free, won`t start

Hello. guys
I have been checking for my issue in a few days. DR 16 and 17
Many attempts have been tried, but no resolve yet.
Therefore, I would want to have your comments for my result of DR 16

Lenovo ideapad 81LL (L340-17IRH)
intel i7-9750H CPU @ 2.60GHz (12 CPUs)
RAM 16G
SSD 512G
iGPU intel UHD Graphics 630 (ver 27.20.100.9126)
eGPU Geforce GTX 1650 (ver 460.89)
Win 10 education 64 bit (10.0 build 19042)

** DR 16 output
No response after starting.
I check here a log, which is shown in below.
it seems something wrong in register on device, then shutdown automatically.
Anyone who gives me some idea??
