Use project server - I can't enter an Ip for the database in

I wanted to use the Davinci Resolve Project Server and have installed it on my server according to the instructions. Unfortunately, I can not connect to my client. The field where the IP is inside is grayed out and can not be edited. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I have already tried reinstalling.
