Troubles Opening Resolve 16 and 17

: Intel Xeon E5-1620
16 Gb RAM
Windows 10 Pro Activated
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
I have had Resolve Running smoothly for months, and just yesterday while I was working on a project a crash occurred, the first one i have ever experienced. When I went to go back into Resolve, it would not open. After watching countless videos, making sure GPU Drivers were up to date, and doing a clean uninstall, Resolve 16 still wouldn't open. I decided that now that all my current projects were gone I may aswell make the switch to Resolve 17, and it is having the same problem. I am at my end at this point and am getting desperate. Any help would be appreciated!
