Cutting the blooper part using the audio

PostSun Jan 10, 2021 6:46 am

When I record music, sometimes I make errors. I usually stop and replay that part. However, i have hard time cutting the exact error part. I was wondering if Davinci Resolve has a feature where it can detect two sections of an audio which sound very similar, so that I can cut them very quickly. Right now I get it done using trial and errors mechanism which can take a long time. Sometimes I try to record the audio and video separately, which makes things a bit easier, but again longer.

Any idea if Resolve has the feature I'm looking for?

Thanks in advance.
