OpenFX Deflicker slow to render

PostMon Jan 11, 2021 4:36 am

After adding the openfx deflicker to a project it has completely slowed down the project and it now took 45 minutes to render a 63 second clip it is a 4K BRAW clip rendering in ProRes 422HQ.

Anyway to speed it up? I am using a 2020 MacBook Pro 2.3Ghz quad core i7, 16GB of ram and an Intel Iris Plus 1536mb graphics.

Your PC is below the recommended spec for GPU RAM.
Resolve 19.1.2 Mac OSX 15.3 Sequoia, Monitor 3G, FSI SDI grading monitor.
Mac M1 Studio Max 32GB

The only way to speed up anything in this industry is - faster hardware. ;)
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
