Selecting left or right 'handles' of a clip

Anyone know if there's a shortcut key for selecting the left or right handles of a clip on the timeline? I'd like to do this whenever I choose Freeze Frame on a clip and in order to select that right most handle to drag it out, I have to zoom all the way in so I can grab that small right handle to drag out. It'd be easier if there was a shortcut to do this.
