[BUG?!] Weird color artifacts

For some reason, I have these ugly artifacts on my render.
I rendered it from Fusion 17 standalone, it plays perfectly with VLC, Media player classic, but when I drop the file on a timeline, I get this.

I tried to export it in DNxHR HQ, HQX 12 bits, same thing.

I had to convert it to another format with Handbrake to be able to use it (not this particular video, It's an example of the problem I have on another project).

At first, I thought it was a highlight problem, I put a brightness/contrast node and "clipped" the whites and blacks, same result.
