Maximized my appwindow

PostMon Jan 11, 2021 5:45 pm

I used the green ball at the left corner of the program window to maximize my working area thinking the green ball or finder statusbar would pop back up when my mouse was on there or by doubleclicking but it did not. The dock also did not pop up when my pointer went there meaning the only way to go to the finder was to quit the program.

After this anoyed me for a while i decided to reinstall the progra but i found that everything was gone including all my previous projects but the app opens in the maximized window again with no way to get it back in a floating window. can anybody expain how i can get rid of that preference and have the program in a floating window again.?

Can we assume you are referring to Resolve 16 or 17, on Mac?

From the Workflow menu, try UI Reset.
As for the projects, if you didnt specially set up a special disk database or a PostGres database then the projects will be in the default location for mac, as listed in the FAQs.
Verify they exist there and then check that your project manager is looking to the same location,
