Davinci Resolve 17 Slow as hell (suddenly)

Hi everyone,

I'm new to Resolve, worked with it for a month now. Created 4 video's with fusionFX, titles, 4k footage you name it. Smooth playback for 4 weeks without failure, even this morning all worked fine.

First this happened:

Suddenly Resolve won't start, ran it as administrator, deleted background tasks everything. Nothing worked. Did a complete re-install and it started working again like nothing happened. Then one hour later,
slow as hell again, no playback without dropping frames, even worse, I can't scrub my playhead or my even try to edit a clip without it being as slow as a sloth. I deleted my Render Cache, have it set on user, have a dedicated 2TB Raid for the cache. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I basically lost an ENTIRE day of worktime because of this, I watched literally every youtube video on this but none seem to have this problem. (only playback issue). But my entire Resolve is slow as hell.

Using Resolve 17.06 BETA
Nvidia RTX3070 FE 8GB
AMD 5950x 16 cores

I can run any program without hassle, and my computer should eat this footage without a problem, and it can, it has for a month..

Please help me out if you can, I literally have two major editing jobs starting tomorrow, and I LOVE RESOLVE!

You'll need to post logs and system information (NFO) for anyone to be able to help. There's a stickied FAQ in the main Resolve forum with instructions.
