BR Audio I/O patch panel doesn't stay forwards of Fairlight

touch anything in the the Fairlight panel, like say disabling mute on a track
the Patch IO UI panel is now pushed into the bg, behind the main app window UI of resolve/fairlight
needs to stay always on top until closed by user
UPDATE Feb 6 : this bug is still alive in Beta 8.
