This won't help your immediate need, but you are aware of the
Speed Editor promotion going on now when you buy Resolve 17? The promo went live
after September, and I wouldn't put money on it being retroactive to your pre-order.
My point is, if the Speed Editor
is of interest to you, and since you're not having any luck procuring a Resolve 16 license in the mean time, you may just want to cancel your outstanding orders, and reorder to make sure you
get in on the fun while you still can.
In the off-chance the resellers you have open orders with refuse to cancel, you can always dispute the charges with your credit card company (pretty sure they'd accept the unexpected, protracted lead time as just cause), and order the promo bundle from Markertek... I've always found them to be solid to work with.
Note that Fusion is not eligible for the promotion, only Resolve.
