Speed editor keyboard bluetooth connection problem

Just picked up my Speed Editor this afternoon from Scan, (13 Jan 2021) after my order was placed back in November. However, I cannot get it to connect via Bluetooth. It works ok when connected via the supplied USB C cable. I have rebooted my PC and opened DR but it does not see it. It does not appear in the Preferences Control Panel either but does show when connected via USB. There is sufficient charge on the battery, 87% so is not a power issue. Other Bluetooth devices work ok. I have toggled the Bluetooth on my PC off then back on to refresh the interface but no joy. The Speed editor is not listed under Bluetooth devices so it is not as if I could force a connection. There are no keyboard light activity either on the Speed editor while opening DR, unless the USB cable is connected. Lights on 'SNAP' and 'JOG' keys iluminate when opening DR with USB connected.
Looked at the manual but no mention on connectivity.... Bluetooth drivers are upto date.

Anyone else had this problem?

To be clear, you're going to Settings > Devices > Add Bluetooth or other device > Bluetooth, and that's where it's not showing up? Also make sure you disconnect the USB cable first, as it won't show up on Bluetooth while connected to USB.

Solved... I have checked Bluetooth drivers are upto date, which they are, best driver already installed etc. But, when I did this it disabled the Bluetooth interface and removed the Bluetooth on/off toggle switch. I rebooted the PC again and it showed up in the Bluetooth device list. Now working ok. Thanks for you reply.
