Wont render because of colour grading. Windows

Hi, i have made a short 2 minute video but every time i try and render it, it pauses on the colour graded part and the time left goes up and up for hours. I do not know if it is my device that is slow or if i need to change a setting. I have an Asus Vivobook laptop with an I5 10th gen. Thank you and any help will be much appreciated!

What are your system specs and do they meet the recommended minimum requirements for Resolve? Also, what is the source of your footage?

You can pound in a nail with a wrench, but that's not the right way to do it.
