Files OK in V16 but show offine in V17

PostThu Jan 14, 2021 12:54 pm

I have changed the Subject as whereas few folk will have an Inst360 I am amazed that over 260 folk have read this thread and nobody so far can tell me why a set of camera files read perfectly in v16 and are 'Offline' in V17

I had no problem incorporating them using Resolve v16

With my new Studio v17 beta the clips are showing as Media Offline.

What setting am I failing to use, please?

Really wierd.

First the thumb shows
