It's working for me on Windows - it opens an Explorer window to

I do have a custom LUT folder defined in Preferences > System > General > LUT Locations, which isn't the above folder obviously. I think the custom LUT folder would be a preferred method over the system (ProgramData) location, as then you can have it in a more user-accessible location. There have been reports here that after you've added a custom LUT folder, you may have to go to Project Settings > Color Management > Lookup Tables and select Update Lists (though there've also been reports that isn't necessary... but might as well do it just in case).
