Smart Bins do not get created automatically

According to the R16 training documentation, if a Keyword is set up in the media properties, like Interviews, a Smart Bin should be automatically created and populated. This does not appear to happen.

Under Preferences > User > Editing, do you have smart bins turned on?

The preferences were not mentioned in the R16 training documentation so I never even thought about it.
