What is the quickest way to remove plosives in Fairlight?

Try the De-Pop part of the Dialogue Processor, and a touch of High Pass filtering. Plosives are never easy to get rid of.

I'm confused. When I'm on the De-pop section, should I raise or lower the "Amount" level?
