AMD GPU performance issues and possible cause

As all AMD GPU users from here have noticed that Resolve 17 Works even worse than Resolve 16 and it takes a lot to load video thumbnails even though the audio waveforms are loaded instantly.

Seen that somebody from the BlackMagic Design team is investigating the issue .. looking around the web i have noticed users complaining that some games take a lot to load and the fix back then was to disable the Radeon Shader Cache option.

Sadly this thing cannot be disabled anymore in the drivers but i'm taking a wild guess that this might be the culprit. Maybe you guys can take a look at this option.

I would love to hear any updates on the AMD issue as my performance has come to a crawl with r3d load speeds...
