17.0B-Build18 - Studio - taking a long time to load clips

Anybody running into a problem loading clips with Davinci Resolve Studio 17 Beta (17.0B-Build18)? Trying to load up my 1080P GoPro clip takes a while (before it can be played back in the app), along with the timeline as well. It's acting as if it's loading the entire video clip to Video memory. I don't remember this happening on the older version of Resolve (Studio 16).

I have a Skylake i7-6700K PC with 32 gigs of RAM, 1 TB NVME SSD, latest Windows 10, and RX5700 Video Card (8 GB) with the latest AMD drivers. I attached the Diagnostic log as well.

Never seen anything like that in any version of Resolve.

Currently running Studio 17b6 for Windows.
